2. Scheduling and Reservations

• • To book a pickleball court, you must schedule a consultation with one of our team members.

• • Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon agreement of the rental package.

• • Payment terms and cancellation policies will be outlined during the booking process.

3. Setup and Takedown

• • Our team will deliver and set up the pickleball court at your chosen location as per the agreed schedule.

• • After your event, we will handle the takedown to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

• • The client must provide suitable space for court setup and inform us of any access restrictions.

4. Liability and Safety

• • Pickleball Go is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of our rented courts.

• • Users are responsible for ensuring that they follow proper safety measures while using the courts.

• • We recommend that players use appropriate gear and adhere to all safety guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• • All content on PickleballGo.co, including logos, text, images, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Pickleball Go and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• • Pickleball Go is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

• • We are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances, including weather-related cancellations or delays.

     If you have consented to receive text messages, you may receive SMS communications related to the following:                                                                               Account Notifications – We send them event details, sharing setup instructions, arrival times, real time updates on logistics                                                 Customer Care – We will be answering last-minute questions and inquiries.

     Message Frequency: Frequency of messages may vary depending on your interactions with us. Standard messaging rates will be charged by your mobile service provider. You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received the message.
